We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a 2-month contract with a leading TV network. If you're passionate about driving results and have experience with Connected TV (CTV) tools, this is your chance to make an impact!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance marketing strategy for the TV network's digital campaigns
  • Develop and execute test and learn strategies to optimise marketing efforts
  • Leverage CTV (Connected TV) tools to maximise audience engagement and conversions
  • Analyse data to identify trends, measure campaign success, and adjust tactics in real-time
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaign improvement

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within the media, entertainment, or TV industry
  • Strong expertise in using CTV platforms and tools
  • Ability to set up and manage test-and-learn frameworks to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Benefits
