Our client is a leading Contractor specialising in the Design, Manufacture, and Installation of Ventilation in the North West. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Project Manager to oversee our clients' ventilation instalment project in the Chester area for a period of 6 months.
Your Roles & Responsibilities will include:
- Liasing with the Client
- Dealing with site plans and designs
- Overseeing the Site Managers on site
- Maintaining efficiency, deadlines, and budgeting requirements
What you require:
- Experience dealing with ventilation installation
- A good understanding of M&E in commercial fit outs
- Project Manager Experience
- IT competent (CAD etc.)
- CSCS
What we offer:
