A passionate IT Support Engineer with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join the team at this leading local IT support services company (Managed Service Provider) based in Motherwell on a full-time basis.
They are expanding due to continuous growth and success. This role is based on-site at their modern office in central Lanarkshire, with some travel to client sites around Lanarkshire and Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring timely resolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and hardware/software incidents
- Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures
- Install, maintain, and support new hardware and applications
- Manage and prioritise multiple open cases and mini-projects
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT and security compliance
- Administer backups, system monitoring, and performance checks
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in an MSP or IT support environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in Windows desktop and server installation/administration
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration and Support, including M365 SharePoint and M365 Exchange
- Networking knowledge: routers, managed switches, access points
- A logical problem solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Experience using a helpdesk system to manage incidents
