- £38,000 – £40,000 per annum

About the role:
As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a night shift team in our production facility
- Oversee the operation of injection moulding, labelling, and capping machinery
- Ensure that production targets are met promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the shift
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain health and safety standards throughout the production process
The ideal candidate:
The successful applicant will be a strong leader with a knack for problem-solving. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep your team motivated and on track. You will have:
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing small teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen
- Experience in machine setting, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Full training will given for the processing equipment on site.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of injection moulding or packaging machinery is an advantage
