I am currently working on an exciting opportunity to join a busy department, working as an clerical assistant. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm paying £11.44, based in Coventry.
The duration of this assignment for approx. 6 months, but may be extended.
You will be assisting the department with a new project, the successful candidate will:
- Handle incoming communications
- Update spreadsheets and create reports
- Additional admin support to the wider team
- Inputting new customer information for payroll services
- Identifying and resolving queries effectively
