A highly respected firm of Insolvency Specialists in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team. This firm focuses on providing expert insolvency solutions to businesses in financial distress and offers a supportive environment for career progression.

Position Overview:
As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and CVLs. You will be responsible for all aspects of case management, from initial appointment to case closure, ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations and delivering high-quality service to clients.

You will work closely with insolvency practitioners and other team members to ensure the smooth administration of cases, while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handle a variety of corporate insolvency cases, including drafting statutory documents, managing creditor communications, and preparing reports.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional advice throughout the insolvency process.
  • Investigations: Assist in conducting investigations into company affairs, including identifying potential claims and asset recovery.
  • Compliance: Ensure all cases comply with statutory requirements and deadlines, including submissions to regulatory bodies.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate case reports for internal use and external stakeholders, ensuring all financials and case details are up to date.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience working in corporate insolvency administration.
  • Knowledge of insolvency processes, including CVLs, administrations, and liquidations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
