Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of an Housing officer to join a reputable social housing organisation based in North Yorkshire.

The Housing Officer will work with the housing team, contact centra and other departments to ensure all reports of anti social behaviour are swiftly and effectively managed in line with the organisations policies and procedures.

The Housing Officer will lead on managing all anti-social behaviour cases that require formal action.

Duties of Housing Officer:

  • Managing a caseload of Anti-social behaviour, environmental and nuisance issues
  • Establishing efficient and effective strategies to prevent ASB
  • Ensuring compliance with terms of tenancy agreements
  • Working with partnership agencies, such as the Police
  • Managing complaints of verbal and written abuse
  • Progressing anti-social behaviour cases to resolution
  • Undertaking regular estate inspections

Requirements of the Housing officer:

  • Experience dealing with ASB cases (Essential)
  • Full UK drivers license (Essential)
