This highly successful, prestigious travel company offer a huge variety of worldwide holiday packages. They are now looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their expanding team to make pricing decisions for designated destinations. Exciting opportunity for candidates with experience in a pricing, yield or revenue role within the travel industry to join one of the UK's leading tour operators. Salary of up to circa £35k, hybrid working and an array of incredible staff benefits & travel concessions.

Pricing Analyst - Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working with live data to conduct analysis and make pricing decisions, optimising revenue & ensuring profitability for your designated destinations.
  • Ensure optimal revenue performance and maximise profitability through effective yield management of prices in response to expected and evidenced consumer behaviour.
  • Analysis of competitor price data to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Responsibility for reviewing booking and web data of product and inventory within own destinations to understand performance and maximise profitability.
  • Provide profitability analysis on promotional campaigns and yielding decisions.
  • Provide prices to Marketing & Distribution to support marketing activity.
  • Identification of functionality gaps resulting in business blockages.

Pricing Analyst - Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in a Yield, Pricing, Revenue Management or Commercial role, within the travel industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and make astute commercially focused proactive decisions.
  • Logical thinking, with an ability to consolidate multiple data sources.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapt to changing internal and external environments.
  • Enquiring approach, with strong creative problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Pricing Analyst - Additional Information:

  • Salary dependent on experience but up to circa £35k.
  • Working Hours - 0900 - 1730 Monday to Friday, with some flexi time at the start and end of the day available.
  • Hybrid working, minimum of 2 days in the office. Flexibility required according to meetings and ad hoc business needs.
