Working for this award-winning infrastructure solutions business as a Site Supervisor, you'll supervise and manage day-to-day operations of arboriculture sites in the Midlands area.
Salary – Circa £40,000 Per Annum + Company Van + Fuel Card
Location – Remote + Regular Travel to Sites around the West Midlands
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 40 Hours Per Week / Mon-Fri

The Role
The role involves overseeing daily site operations to ensure safety and efficiency, leading a team of arborists, planning and coordinating tasks, and managing resources to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Responsibilities include performing site assessments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining open communication with clients, and keeping detailed records of site activities and compliance.
You'll need to have proven leadership skills, PTS (personal track safety qualification) and previous arboriculture, vegetation management experience working track side. You also must have either SSSTS and or SMSTS. A full UK driving license is required to undertake this role as you will be travelling to site each day.
