Young Persons Recovery Practitioner

£23 P/H LTD Umbrella (£20.33 PAYE INC)
About the Role:
- Supporting service users through their treatment journey, from entry into the service to post-treatment support
- Providing screening, assessments, and psychosocial interventions
- Identifying and addressing potential safeguarding issues effectively
- Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement in treatment processes
- Advocating for access to partnership services and integrating care planning
- Working with service users towards positive health and wellbeing outcomes, fostering resilience and risk reduction
About You:
- Experience in working with young people and understanding their challenges
- Familiarity with safeguarding concerns in children and young people, including the Fraser Competence framework
- Strong knowledge of drug and alcohol issues and experience in related fields
- Ability to apply evidence-based practices in substance misuse treatment for young people
- Proficient in communication, both verbal and written
- High personal IT competency
- Skilled in accurate record-keeping and meeting deadlines for information submission
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
