Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing business based in London. While the role is fully remote, business trips to London offices will be required on an ad hoc basis. If you prefer a change of scenery, there's also the option to work from any of the London offices.
Salary: £40k-£50k DOE
Location: Remote with business trips to London offices when required
Days / hours: Full time 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday with 1h lunch
HR Manager duties:
- Manage employee relations issues
- Design and deliver training to all employees
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Oversee the recruitment process
HR Manager will have:
- CIPD Level 5
- Knowledgeable about UK employment laws, procedures and best HR practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
