Office Manager (Windows, Doors, Customer Services, Process improvement, Order Processing)

£35,000 - £45,000 + 4% pension contribution + Company benefits
Are you an Office Manager looking to directly contribute to the success of an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to manage the complete project, giving you a platform for creatively?

This role would suit a Office Manager, Process improvement or similar with a Windows and Doors background, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy. This is a new opportunity with chance to own the project.
THE ROLE:

- Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures in line with business objective to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, order processing accuracy and administrative communications to senior management

Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
THE PERSON:
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
