HR Advisor - Knowsley
Salary/benefits:
- £34-38k
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 35 hour working week - full time on site

Job Duties:
- Providing full HR generalist support to managers and employees, leading on employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance.
- Coaching managers in the areas of employee relations, policy and performance management .
- Engaging in ad hoc HR project work as required by the HR Manager or HR Director and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices.
Ideal experience
- CIPD level 5 qualified
- Previous experience of working in a HR generalist capacity and advising / coaching senior leaders.
- Experience of managing a demanding caseload, working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Substantial experience of handling complex employee relations issues.
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
