Ambition are working with an international law firm with their recruitment for an experienced Billing Executive. This is great opportunity to join an established billing team within their London office, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Reporting to the Billing Operations Manager, the key duties will include;
- To prepare and/or assist partners and fee earners in the preparation of bills to clients.
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with internal clients including partners and other fee earning members of staff.
- Build up knowledge of and ability working with various e-billing systems.
- Track status of bills submitted; identify issues, and work to address rejections and reductions as they arise.
- Setting up and maintaining agreed rates.
- Work closely with the existing members of the Billing & Costs team.
Successful candidates will have previously worked in a similar role ideally within a law firm and have proven billing experience. Previous working knowledge of Elite systems are preferred.
