The successful Architect will have Post Part Three experience, a strong portfolio of residential projects and proficiency with AutoCAD, boasting creative designs and ideally project lead experience.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- 3- 4 years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- Strong portfolio
- Proven experience working on residential projects small- large
- Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
- Attend and input to site meetings
- Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
- Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
- Strong technical ability
- Assist with managing a small team
- Job running experience
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Driven with professional development
- Live locally to Liverpool
- Keen to input to company growth and success
