Our consulting client is searching for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead. As the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Employee Central module. As the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead You'll work closely with clients to tailor the module to their HR needs, guide the project through its lifecycle, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption. Your role as the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead will also focus on integration with other systems and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, from planning and configuration to testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand HR requirements and customize the Employee Central module to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with other SAP and non-SAP systems, focusing on data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, including developing timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support, resolving any technical issues that arise during implementation.
  • Develop and execute training and change management strategies to drive user adoption and effective use of the Employee Central module.
  • Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and best practices, applying them to improve client solutions.

You Should Have:

  • Extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations, including project planning and delivery.
  • Expertise in integrating Employee Central with other systems and ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in developing and delivering user training and managing change effectively.
