International Media Sales Manager

We are on the hunt for an experienced international media sales manager to take a leadership role at a fast growing, one-stop shop for international advertising with an exciting and varied portfolio across Europe and Asia.

They are an exclusive UK media partner of many premium titles and high-quality news sites around the world - ranging from general news, business, and finance publications through to lifestyle and leisure magazines.

You would be joining a dynamic, passionate, international sales team with 8 different languages spoken. You will be managing relationships with publishers and selling premium products to media agencies and direct clients. You will be responsible for managing all commercial activities along with key account management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with publishers, clients and media agencies
  • Take a lead position with planning, strategic direction and management of sales/marketing activity
  • Line manage sales team
  • Setting, managing, and driving KPIs
  • Identify and target new business
  • Develop and grow the sales team
  • Present regular sales performance and pipeline data to allow for accurate forecastng
  • Develop and grow the international sales team

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Second language (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience managing teams
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Confident in data and data analysis
  • Competent with advertising campaigns on social media
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proactive
