Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Senior (Circa 20 hours)

Due to growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Assistant / Senior to join our team. This part-time position offers the perfect opportunity for a skilled individual to leverage their expertise while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and finalise statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
- Assist with bookkeeping and VAT return submissions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and answer queries
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in an accounting practice
- A strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
