Product Manager

I am recruiting for an award-winning Digital Health Tech company. Our client aims to transform healthcare by empowering patient's voices. Listening to over 400 million patients in the US and UK, we generate actionable insights to improve care delivery and patient outcomes using machine learning technologies.

As a Product Manager, you will bridge business strategy, user experience, and technical execution. Reporting to the CTO, you will support timely and accurate delivery of projects across the US and UK. You will work with our technical team to enhance healthcare quality and reduce inequalities. Some evening work is required, but we offer flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback.
  • bridge the gap between data scientists, software engineers and clients.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features, and planning releases.
  • Identify opportunities for new features or products.
  • Define and prioritise requirements for new features or updates.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure product vision execution.
  • Oversee the product development process from ideation through launch.
  • Ensure superior user experience for the product.
  • Coordinate successful product launch, promotion, and adoption.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about product progress and challenges.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience as a product manager, preferably in tech or health sectors.
  • Solid technical background in digital technology and data.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Asana.
