A client delivery support role in the Professional Services industry, where the successful candidate will provide vital assistance within the Secretarial & Business Support Department. The role involves liaison with clients, ensuring the smooth running of operations, and providing high-quality service.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established organisation within the Professional Services sector. With a sizeable team based in Dartford, they are recruiting for two client delivery support officers to join their team!

Description

  • Be responsible for client operational delivery of Bureau Services such as Invoice Validation, Tenant-On-Charging and Portfolio Management.
  • Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead.
  • Communicate quickly, regularly and clearly with the client in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email.
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.
  • Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
  • Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide cover for your colleagues work when absent and help other members of your team and other teams during busy times by demonstrating a flexible approach to work.
  • Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team.
  • Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.
  • Contribute to efficiency and business improvement projects when required.
  • Support with queries and escalations from across the business, where these cannot be dealt with within the client 'Cell' in which they arise.

Profile

A successful Client Delivery Support should have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Maths GCSE C or above is essential
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Able to adapt and multitask
  • Able to take initiative
