Croydon, Surrey - office based during probation (3 months), 1 day remote
Our client has a rich history of over two centuries in providing exceptional legal services serving Surrey and Greater London. Their excellent reputation has been built on a long-standing tradition of delivering reliable and professional legal solutions to the local community and beyond.
They are looking to boost their litigation department with a civil litigation solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
The role:
Joining a team of 3, you will manage your own caseload of litigation matters to include:
- Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
- Landlord and tenant (commercial and residential)
- TLATA claims
- Contractual disputes
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
- Great IT skills and able to us a case management system and software
