We are a busy, friendly and well respected Beauty Salon and Laser & Aesthetics Clinic based in the centre of Stamford. We have been established since 2006 and as part of our exciting plans for 2023 are looking to grow the team.
We have grown to become one of the largest Clinics in the East Midlands specialising alongside our Beauty Salon in non-invasive Skin, Body & Laser treatments with some of the biggest equipment and skincare brands in the sector.
This opportunity would suit a Level 3 qualified individual who wants to grow their expertise and experience in the sector and is competent with at least 2 years experience since qualifying and looking for further development and growth in their career.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Providing a great customer experience for all clients
- Providing treatments to perfection
- Maintain customer relationships and re-book rates
- Contribute to the team by providing a stimulating and supportive environment,
- Maintaining allocated area in Salon/Clinic
- Handling customer enquiries and providing advice as required
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED
- At least NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualified
- Demonstrable experience of great customer experience and retaining clients
- Highly organised and motivated
- A genuine passion for the sector
- Tenacious, flexible and hard working
- Cool, calm & collected in a crisis
