The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
- Managing and coaching the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between sales, project delivery, and customer support
- Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the sales team
- Identifying training and development needs for the sales team and coordinating relevant programs
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, in the Fire and Security industry demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
