The Role
Reporting to the Board, leading a dedicated team to build and develop an active Marketing sales channel for a renowned product-based business. Your key task will be the development and implementation of strategy and processes to set up a range of B2B propositions and then ensure that these propositions are being marketed and developed to meet the growth needs in the business.

The Company
Well established, profitable market leader, selling products in the B2B arena, with a strong track record and excellent client base they are looking to grow income from established B2B market, to enable them to meet overall targets set for the business.

Keen to ensure that they deliver best in class 'voice of customer' and 'sales funnel', as well as a proactive marketing solution, tied to a marketing plan covering all areas of social media, inline with partner brands and B2B customers.

The Person
The role calls for a marketeer with strong track record in delivering direct marketing campaigns with product based exposure. While also leading teams to support the marketing of this B2B product.

You will be a bright, enthusiastic, innovative team leader and player, who excels at translating customer insight into deliverable and profitable sales and processes.

Your experience will have included:

  • Leading/owning a direct marketing team for business to business supply, ideally into the HORECA channel
  • Developing and implementing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Enhancing the customer journey
