An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Wallingford as an Operations Administrator on a 5-month, fixed term contract.
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining sales reports.
- Supporting the marketing team with website updates.
- Ensuring all documents are accurate.
- Assist in organising events.
- Processing expenses and mileage claims.
- Coordinate IT, phone and office supplies.
- Providing front desk support when required.
The successful Operations Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
- Strong administration experience.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Good IT skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
