IT Administrator – Belfast – Permanent - £26,000 per annum
REED Technology are delighted too partner with an excellent medical organisation who require an IT administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Manager to optimize the Salesforce CRM system, tailoring it to fit business needs and integrating it seamlessly with other platforms.
- Provide first-level technical support for office IT issues, efficiency troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
- Assist with the office phone system, ensuring its reliable operation, setup, maintenance, and user support.
- Collaborate with all departments to understand their technical requirements and develop IT solutions that drive business objectives and innovation.
- Liaise with external IT service providers to tackle issues beyond in-house resolution capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and integrations, applying this knowledge to foster continuous improvement in business processes.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on leveraging Salesforce and other IT systems to their full potential as required.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, policies and procedures ensuring clear guidance and support for all users.
Essential Criteria/Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Familiarity with a variety of software, hardware, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
