THE INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER ROLE:
- As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead and implement a variety of Cloud and Infrastructure projects for external clients.
- Managing projects from start to finish, including pre-sales support and post-implementation assistance
- Implementing and supporting technologies such as Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, IT security, and basic networking
- Ensuring timely project delivery and installation
- Providing 3rd line technical support as needed
- Conducting site surveys and preparing technical documentation
- Leading various ongoing projects as required
INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Previous experience within the IT solutions or MSP industry
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
- Hands-on experience with implementation and high-level support of solutions and projects
- Expertise in migration, synchronisation, replication, and deployment
- Strong skills in supporting and administering Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 services
- Experience with Microsoft 365 PC, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows Virtual Desktop deployment and administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft EM&S, Intune, and related infrastructure deployment and administration
