Location: Watford

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: £30,000

�? As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our client's fleet operations and ensuring compliance with driving licence requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a well-established organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving licences: You will ensure that all new starters comply with the driving licence mandate and complete the necessary documentation on their first day.
  • Weekly starters / leavers report: Combine the report and forward it to our third-party company for necessary actions.
  • Daily checks: Manage email alerts for invalid licence numbers, disqualifications, and other licence-related issues. Follow company policy for appropriate actions and notify line managers as necessary.
  • Auto only licence: Download reports and cross-reference with company car list to identify employees with auto-only licences.
  • Expiring mandates: Monitor and chase action on mandates that need to be completed every three years. Review maternity and long-term sick reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Foreign licences: Process licence checks for employees with foreign licences, ensuring proper documentation and verification.
  • Quarterly housekeeping: Ensure accurate staff list updates, form completion, and removals as per company procedures.
  • Fleet admin: Deductions from employees' net pay following non-recoverable motor incidents, and monitor MOT expirations. Raising POs and supporting the team with inbound calls.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Experience in fleet coordination or similar roles.
