Key Responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and nurturing robust client relationships, consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Conducting Lettings Valuations and overseeing the arrangement and execution of viewings.
- Engaging in daily canvassing activities to bolster outreach.
- Negotiating deals, liaising with applicants and clients under the guidance of the line manager.
- Maintaining a polite and confident telephone demeanor, effectively communicating details.
- Active participation in relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Effective time management to optimize appointment and activity levels.
- Scheduling photographer appointments for property photos and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing targets is imperative.
