About the role

As an HR Implementation Manager you'll play a crucial role in ensuring interim resources are effectively allocated across the organisation.

We need someone with strong analytical skills, a team player mindset, a proactive attitude and ability to deliver projects on time and quality.

We're looking for someone who has experience in HR and / or contracts & procurement, strong stakeholder management and good project management experience to be successful in this role. System thinking experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Commercial Skills: Strong business management skills with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, including experience of measuring and demonstrating return on investment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical in-formation clearly to non-technical audiences.

Relationship Building: Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cus-tomers, and suppliers.

Project Management: Proven ability to deliver results both in-person and virtual teams, focusing on time, cost, and quality and value for money.

Personal Attributes: Demonstrates initiative, the ability to work independently and turn ideas into practical solutions, executing tasks efficiently. Attention to detail, professional approach, can do attitude and proven track record of delivering on time high quality solutions to meeting customer expectations.
