An established organisation is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join an exciting and dynamic work environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for hands-on experienced individuals looking to enter a facilities-based role in a corporate setting. You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining the premises to ensure they are properly maintained, secured, and safe.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct regular inspections of the buildings to monitor and maintain their condition
- Perform ad-hoc repairs and maintenance as needed
- Report and test equipment to ensure functionality
- Ensure the building is free of hazards in compliance with health and safety procedures
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the workplace
- Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all
- Assist the Facilities Manager in reviewing policy manuals
- Support other staff members to ensure the proper operation of the site
WHO YOU ARE
- Someone who has experience working in a facilities capacity
- Outstanding written and communication skills
- Able to work independently and part as a team
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

BENEFITS
The role will pay up to £30,000 (Permanent or Temporary to Permanent Basis). The hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for occasional work outside normal business hours).
