Technet is currently partnered with a leading software company who are focused on the healthcare industry. With over 2000 people globally they are shaping how patients interact with the practices and making a positive impact.

They are looking for a passionate individual excited about creating seamless onboarding experiences for new customers. They are looking for a dynamic Implementation manager to lead a team of Onboarding Success Managers. In this crucial role, you'll ensure that UK customers receive immediate value from their practice management products by fostering a customer-centric culture and achieving key operational outcomes.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Coach team members in best practices, fostering continuous development.
  • Motivate your team to exceed onboarding targets and KPIs.
  • Harnessing a Collaborative environment that enables the team to thrive.
  • Lead recruitment making sure high talent is brought into the business
  • Champion onboarding across the business, focusing on building great experiences.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding improvements, aligning with product teams and other regions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and growth by analysing customer feedback.
  • Work with teams across the business to achieve the best customer outcomes.
  • Partner with teams to refine pipelines and management tools.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and onboarding best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer experience through feedback and team shadowing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in team management and customer onboarding, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Prior Experience in growing a high performing team and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and projects at once
  • Experience with change management and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Slite, Slack).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a bonus
