Permanent Supervising Social Worker - No out of hours
Salary up to £38,000 + £2,100 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South East of England in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will not be required to be on call so you will be always working just Monday to Friday, allowing you to have a good work - life balance. They have a separate duty team that covers the out of hours so you will never be required to do it.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located around the Berkshire area, with a few families in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas too.
In this role, you will not be completing any Form F Assessments, so the role will be just to provide support and supervision to the foster families.
They offer hybrid working hours, allowing you to have more flexibility with your schedule.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
