Job summary :
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of quotes and subsequent orders through strong communication and coordination both externally with assigned accounts and internally with other company functions.
The primary focus of this role will be the protection and growth of existing business accounts. This role typically represents the first point of customer contact for inquiries related to customer orders, deliveries and pricing.
This is a 12-month Fixed-Term role.
You must be fluent in both English and German and be able to commit to a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
