This role involves advising a broad spectrum of clients, from large government entities and private organisations to SMEs, on employment matters including contracts, disputes, and tribunal cases. Responsibilities include managing complex employment litigation, advising on compliance, and drafting essential employment documentation. The successful solicitor will be client-oriented, highly organised, and ready to engage in the strategic side of HR support and employment law.
