£30–35k + Commission (£50k OTE)

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating leads and setting up appointments for partners and consultants across our group businesses. Working alongside a forward-thinking marketing team, you'll help shape and execute our sales generation strategy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via phone to book appointments and warm introductions
- Work with marketing to align messaging and outbound campaigns
- Maintain and update our CRM with client activity and pipeline progress
- Record and track conversations and conversion data
We're Looking For
- Experience in car sales, direct retail sales, or similar customer-facing sales roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based outreach
- Motivation to hit targets and earn commission
- A team player who's eager to learn and grow within a professional environment
- Organised and detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
