Posted by Search.

My client is looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Residential Property Team at their leading law firm in one of their South Coast offices.

This top 100 UK Law Firm has modern offices throughout the South-East, including London, Surrey, and Hampshire. They are widely recognized in the directories across their practice areas, with specific acknowledgment for their work in residential property. Additionally, they have been featured in the Times' Best Law Firms 2024 list.

This leading regional firm offers a fantastic environment for career progression, with nearly 300 lawyers across their offices. The firm prides itself on its open, diverse, and inclusive culture, providing employees access to industry-leading training, pay, and rewards, in addition to an established flexible working policy.

The residential property team primarily focuses on handling high net worth (HNW) transactions, often involving unusual and complex situations, meaning no two days are the same. They serve clients throughout the South East, London, and nationally, providing exposure to a diverse and interesting client base.

As a senior associate, your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of high net worth and complex residential property transactions, as well as building and developing relationships with work referrers and fee-paying clients. You will play a significant role in the management and strategic growth of the team, along with involvement in business development and social activities.

To be successful, you should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in HNW property transactions and have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. Previous management experience or an interest in developing this skill is also favorable. Additionally, early progression into partnership should be of interest to you.

Generous remuneration, bonuses, and benefits are part of the package. For more information, please get in touch.
