Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a leading U.K Microsoft Partner providing leadership, delivering exceptional designs and solutions. Working on both Greenfield and Brownfield Power Platform/D365 CE/CRM projects using Contact Centre/Omni-Channel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive D365 + Power Platform Projects in the right direction with exceptional technical leadership.
  • Develop high-quality architectural designs and solutions
  • Lead project teams by helping with issue resolutions and providing expert advice on digital solutions
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into well planned technology solutions.
  • Ensure that all members of the project team are aligned in their vision by using a clear and concise communication style.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant Experience with Contact Centre technologies and Omni-Channel operations.
  • Technical experience with modern methods of contact I.E Telephony, Chat-bots etc.
  • Deep understanding of A.I within contact centre solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring colleagues.
