Salary: Scale 7 S25-28 (£30,368- £32,789)
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, term time only 42.9 weeks
Aston Education is looking for a dynamic Pastoral Manager to join this Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Lewisham, Southeast London.
The school is looking for a Pastoral Manager who will be able to confidently support pupils in their pastoral development under the guidance of the Leadership Team.
You will be required to support in the smooth running of the Internal Exclusion Room, with direct responsibility for the behaviour and well-being of pupils. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with pupils and families across a secondary school/academy and who is committed and ambitious for their own professional development.
