- Full time- 37.5 hours a week
- Hourly rate between £14- £15
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:1. Conduct collections activity in line with processes, communicating with agencies and debtors both by email and by phone, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.2. Maintain our clients within the correct payment terms, with escalations made for any debtors significantly or consistently operating outside of payment terms. Identify disputes as early as possible and agree actions to be taken to include raising credit notes in line with procedures3. Manage 90-day debt weekly and provide weekly updates to Credit and Operations Manager together with any invoices that are not payable.4. Periodic review of sales ledger with clients and regular review of accounts with agency as required.5. Highlight debtor account for litigation, issue LBA's and collate paperwork and control debtor litigation6. Maintain and apply credit limits7. Process and allocate unreconciled and unallocated cash in a timely manner and report weekly on unallocated8. Complete debt verification to ensure valid invoicing
