Head of Account Management and Customer Success

The client:

Our client are a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are currently in super growth mode, looking to grow 200% within the next 4 years.

The role:
Reporting to the CRO, you will be tasked with managing the Account Management team and building out a Customer Success team around you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and mentor the AM's and CSMs
  • Manage targets and KPIs for both teams
  • Liaise with other SLT members to ensure all teams are working cohesively
  • Manage performance reviews in a professional and constructive way
  • Manage personal development

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Microsoft partner or Microsoft
  • Experience managing account managers and customer success managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years in a Senior Account Management role
  • Natural leader
  • 2 days a week in the Bath office
