Job Title: Junior Architectural Technician

Salary: £25,000-£29,000 dependent on experience

I am seeking a passionate and driven Junior Architectural Technician to join a highly successful, technically expert Architectural Practice in St Albans. This forward thinking RIBNA Chartered Practice utilise their 20 years of specialist expertise to deliver innovative, creative and cutting edge projects across sectors such as industrial and commercial. Working for this highly reputable, well-established practice offers regular CPD with great investment into the latest technology and an opportunity to become an important member of this thriving practice, gaining experience across complex and significant projects.
It is essential for the successful Junior Architectural Technician to be proficient in Revit with experience working on medium to large scale projects ideally with a strong record of production and delivery across RIBA stages 4-6.
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
- Some post qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice is essential
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Boast technical expertise, and attentiveness to detail
- Experience on a range of medium to large scale projects
- Sector experience such as commercial, industrial or similar
- Worked on projects from conception to completion
- Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Understanding of NBS software and the specification process
- Excellent time keeping and organisation abilities while working to strict deadlines
- Motivated and positive approach to work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Live within an easy commute of Hertfordshire
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
