Front of House (Part-Time)
Location Support Coordinator - Site Based
Monday to Friday – 22.5 hours over 3 days
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (pro rata) plus private medical healthcare and 27 days annual leave plus bank holiday plus excellent benefits
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services company looking for a Front of House to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Manage reception duties, meeting room setups, IT support, and assist with desk bookings, post, and deliveries.
- Support the Location Support Coordinator with facilities tasks, health & safety compliance, and office maintenance.
- Work closely with internal teams to help create a productive and professional office environment.
- Coordinate onsite events, maintain office records, and assist with admin tasks including logging purchases and supporting H&S activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Professional and clear communication
- Comfortable with MS Office and basic IT tools to manage office requirements.
- Proactive and able to tackle day-to-day challenges as they arise.
