The successful applicant will be highly organised and methodical, show meticulous attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure. Being able to communicate to all levels of staff with confidence with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential for the confidential nature of the work.

The successful administrator will have various prerequisite skills that include having outstanding people skills and the ability to build good relationships.

You will be working in a National team dealing with internal employees and liaising with clients this is a very varied role with scope for development

What does the role entail?

  • Acting as the first point of contact for our audit managers across various locations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Building relationships with our clients to obtain information and support them in open banking access
  • Liaise with online and external providers
  • Use modern digital platforms to obtain confirmations
  • Delivering work to the highest quality.
  • Respond to managers enquiries for requesting bank confirmations
  • Reporting for monitoring and financial purposes
  • Potential to develop training and writing guidance
