We are looking for several Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the Meraki Talent family over the coming months. This role would appeal to someone of a graduate or trainee level, perhaps someone approaching graduation and finishing their exams, that graduated last year, or someone without a degree but has developed some valuable sales experience, looking for a change in career.
This position sits within the dynamic IT and Technology team at Meraki, where we specialize in connecting top tech talent with leading companies across various industries. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and excited by the rapid digital transformation that's reshaping how businesses operate.

- Personality –This is a people-based business - You need to love talking to and developing relationships with people
- Attitude - A positive, can do attitude is key to success!
- Confidence –You need to be able to talk confidently with complete strangers on a regular basis. Over the phone, Zoom and face to face
- Work ethic – Recruitment isn't for the faint hearted and can be hard work at times, but it's a rewarding career where you can make a difference to other people's lives and careers (As well as being financially rewarding for you!)
- Sales or Recruitment experience – Isn't essential, but it definitely helps!
