This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Architectural technician to become an integral member of a growing, highly reputable architectural practice who drives technical excellence and innovation through regular CPD and investment into the latest technology. They also offer flexible working arrangements among other lifestyle benefits. My client is seeking a talented Architectural technician to join their collaborative practice in Hertfordshire.
It is essential for the successful Architectural Technician to be proficient in Revit with experience working on medium to large scale projects ideally with a strong record of production and delivery across RIBA stages 4-6.
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Post qualification experience
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Boast technical expertise, and attentiveness to detail
- Experience on a range of projects in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
- Worked on projects from conception to completion
- Must have knowledge working on medium- large scale projects
- Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Understanding of NBS software and the specification process
- Excellent time keeping and organisation abilities while working to strict deadlines
- Motivated and positive approach to work excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Live within an easy commute of Hertfordshire
