We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a focus on lead generation, retention, cross-selling/upselling, etc across the brands, to support and enable sales conversions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, to drive lead-generation activities across both digital and direct channels. The focus will be to manage campaigns that generate franchise prospects as leads, through a data-driven approach that informs the further optimisation of campaigns. A key part of the role therefore is nurturing these leads through CRM, working alongside the sales team, to ensure the contact points throughout the sales funnel guide prospects towards conversion.

This role involves managing the media budget for both direct and digital marketing channels, segmenting and interpreting data from multiple sources, and creating reports to present to senior stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple brands, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. With a focus on generating leads that convert at the lowest CPL/CPA, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in our company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management: Initiate activities across digital and direct channels to capture franchise prospect leads, using analytics and market research. Develop and execute email remarketing campaigns aimed at re-engaging leads that have shown interest, using personalised content and offers.
  • CRM and Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop a structured lead nurturing process, utilising CRM tools to monitor progress and engagement. Strategically design contact points within the sales funnel to smoothly transition prospects towards conversion, leveraging insights from CRM data.
  • Budget and Data Management: Manage and allocate budget across various marketing channels, ensuring optimal use of funds for direct and digital marketing efforts. Utilise segmentation and analytics to refine marketing approaches and target specific audience segments more effectively.
  • Channels and KPIs management: Implement campaigns across a variety of channels including social media, search engines (SEO and PPC), email marketing, and content marketing to maximise reach and engagement. Track key performance indicators such as conversion rates, click-through rates, lead quality scores, and cost per lead to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • CRM Expertise: The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or other customer relationship management systems, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and utilise these tools for effective lead nurturing and sales collaboration.
  • Google Analytics Proficiency: Profound knowledge of Google Analytics is essential for interpreting website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Advertising Platforms: Experience with Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) is important for executing and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across search engines to drive targeted traffic and leads.
  • Office Suite Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is required for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, facilitating efficient reporting and collaboration within the marketing team.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with additional relevant marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO tools, social media management software, email marketing platforms, and content management systems, will be beneficial.
  • Adobe Suite Knowledge: Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is crucial for designing engaging marketing materials, from digital graphics to print collateral, that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Analytical and Creative Skills: The right candidate will combine analytical prowess with a creative mindset, be capable of interpreting data to make informed marketing decisions, and devise innovative strategies to engage audiences.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices is essential, including the willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms as they become relevant to the industry.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce (to help develop Sales Speak) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in CRM management, email marketing, database marketing and digital media campaigns.
