We have the perfect opportunity available for a confident individual to join our client based in Broadstairs as a Senior Project Coordinator, offering social hours of Monday to Friday 9 am -5 pm and hybrid working.

Senior Project Coordinator

Location - Broadstairs

Salary - £29,000 - £31,000 DOE

Contract - 1 Year Mat Cover

Hours - Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist new Project Members with onboarding
  • Set agendas, manage invitations, and record minutes
  • Use tools such as Doodle to arrange meetings
  • Create presentations, maintain the Welcome Pack, and other essential documents
  • Develop surveys, gather responses, and share findings
  • Follow procedures to close projects efficiently
  • Promote events and initiatives
  • Keep key documents up to date, including the Welcome Pack, process guidelines, and templates
  • Organise and lead various meetings, including weekly and monthly sessions with different committees and stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders, and manage the Working Groups inbox
  • Responsible for the daily supervision of the Project Assistants
  • Offer support and training to team members as needed
  • Encourage participation in online seminar opportunities within the Working Groups
  • Manage and oversee all communications for the Working Groups
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering the Working Group Report
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to coordinate mailshots, social media, branding, and printed materials
  • Ensure spreadsheets are accurate and up to date
  • Participate in weekly team and office meetings, providing updates on ongoing activities

Specifications

  • Proven track record as a Project Coordinator, with extensive experience in managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
  • Strong skills in planning, with the ability to anticipate project needs, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Adept at motivating and managing cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information and updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
