The Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Search Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing senior-level appointments within the finance and accountancy sectors. The ideal candidate will be articulate, commercially aware, and passionate about developing strong client relationships and sourcing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior finance and accountancy professionals, as well as key decision-makers within client organisations.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide market insights and advice to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in recruitment or a strong background in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior-level professionals.
- Commercially astute with a good understanding of the finance and accountancy sectors.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
