A longstanding client of Oscar's is looking to expand their well established team with an additional Scrum Master, where you will benefit from hybrid work, private healthcare, onsite gym and a personal training budget.
What you'l need:
- **At least 2 years' experience as Scrum Master working with a technical team
- Experience in coaching individuals and teams
- Be an extremely good problem solver with good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
The office is based in Bath and you'll be needed in the office 3 times per week.
